Located on a formerly underutilized DART lot, the farm provides hands-on, paid apprenticeship programs that equip community members with skills in sustainable agriculture and farm entrepreneurship. Beyond training, the farm plays a key role in the local food system—growing and distributing fresh, affordable produce while transforming unused urban land into a productive community asset.
